Directions For Use: Use 3 to 4 sprays under the tongue, 2-3 times a day. After spraying, hold for 10-15 seconds under the tongue before swallowing. Do not use within 15 minutes (before or after) of consuming beverages, food, or brushing teeth. For maximum benefit, stay the course, using the spray 2-3 times a day for at least 1 month. You do not need to cycle on and off this supplement as the benefits will increase with the length of use. It is normal to decrease dosage to 1 time per day once symptoms subside.
