C + B = a more luminous-looking complexion. This velvety-rich lotion combines the only active form of Vitamin C, 12% L-Ascorbic Acid with Plant C-Stem, Niacinamide (Vitamin B), and Licorice Extract to deliver nutrients and moisture to help nourish and illuminate skin.
