Nice

Helps my body relax better so that my tired mind can rest. There zero groggy feeling in the morning. Highly recommend. I use it nightly.

My homeopath recommended this product, and it works pretty well to take on a regular basis. It does not leave me feeling groggy in the morning, and even if I wake during the night, I can usually go back to sleep easily. If not, I take another tablet. The drawback is, I have to take so many. She recommended 3 capsules one hour before bed, two right before bed, and another if I wake during the night.
