Resveratrol (from Japanese knotweed root) 75 mg  

Phosphatidylcholine (from non-GMO sunflower oil) -glycerin complex

Other ingredients:
Purified water, natural flavors, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum, gum arabic    

 

Directions: 6 milliliters daily (just over one teaspoon) or as directed by your physician. Mix into one ounce juice as a palatable way to ingest.

Gently shake and refrigerate after opening. Use within 45 days of opening.
