This formula also provides certain strains that help support a better mood through the gut brain connection. Our 10 strains of probiotic bacteria are delivered via proprietary enteric coated capsules (EnteroGuard) that protect the probiotic bacteria from stomach acid and deliver the potency of friendly bacteria needed to support a healthy gut. Jarro-Dophilus EPS is blister-packed to protect the capsules from moisture and room temperature stable so it does not require refrigeration.
