For the Hands and Feet:

Fresca works well for all skin types.

Rub into hands and feet after bathing, or any time your skin needs a drink of soothing moisture.

To enrich your experience, mix with your favorite Sea Chi Body Oil. 

You can also use Fresca on your whole body as a refreshing and moisturizing lotion.

For Massage:

Fresca is great for sore, tired feet. Give yourself a quick foot massage (or treat someone else) and your feet will feel invigorated and refreshed. Fresca can also be used for massage on the rest of the body.
