COQ10 is a fat soluble nutrient. Disintigration is less than 15 minutes. It does not have a DISP solution time. The only way to know how quickly it is absorbed is by a radioactive trace study which has not been done. It is better to digest with fat. 

Otherwise known as CoQ, ubiquinone and ubidecarenone, a nutrient that is critical for energy production. CoQ is a true coenzyme and an essential component of the mitochondria. These "organelles" produce ATP (the body's chemical energy currency) by way of their electron transport chains. CoQ is located at the core of the electron transport chain, and without CoQ their acitvity is seriously impaired. CoQ is also a potent fat soluble antioxidant.
