Over a year ago my Peri or Transitional Menopause hit me with yet another extremely bothersome symptom, hot sweats... I mean literally feeling the heat coming from the core of my body, sweating day and night. I soaked through my pajama and bed sheets at least 4 times a night. Women, NO MORE Hot Sweats Day and Night !!!!!!!

m a woman who body started Peri or Transitional Menopause as they say now, in my early 40's. Almost year ago 2014, another symptom as I get most of them, I couldn get through night without having to change my soaked with night sweat pajama and move to the other side of the bed where it was dry at least 4 times a night.
