Recommended by doctor to me; he said it was one of the few that actually got to the gut where it belongs, with potency. I use Florastor if ever I must take an antibiotic (which I avoid avidly!), but otherwise I take these as a daily probiotic.

Proven product, reallly helps.

These were recommended by my naturopathic doctor because research shows they maintain viability in the digestive tract. I have used them for some years, one to two per day, & occasionally 2 at once if needed. My husband, diagnosed with ulcerative colitis several years ago (& doing well with some diet restriction & a couple of supplements, no meds) switch to these to try & save money several months ago, and they are working very well for him. We recommend them. Not inexpensive, but they are worth it. Be sure to refrigerate.
