Topical Skin Spray Amount Per Serving Progesterone Micronized (from Yam) 20 mg Other ingredients: MCT (Coconut Oil), Organic Cane Alcohol, Vegetable Glycerin, Vitamin E (Sunflower Oil), Sunflower Lecithin (Phosphatidylcholine) Menstruating (Ovulating) Women: Apply one spray, one to three times daily as needed, from day 14 through day 28 where day 1 is the first day of the menstrual cycle.
