Returns are allowed if requested within 10 calendar days of order delivery. We will use the shipping carriers tracking information to identify the delivery date. Opened or unsealed items cannot be returned. All returned items must have all the original packaging material intact. In order to do a return, please send an email to support@VitaLiving.com in order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. Items sent without a Return Merchandise Authorization will not be processed for refunds. It is strongly recommended to send returns using a tracking number to avoid lost packages. We will not be responsible for items that cannot be located and that do not have tracking information. Please include the following information in your email while requesting Return Merchandise Authorization –

- Item to be returned
- Reason for return
We will process your request within 2-3 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please include the Return Merchandise Authorization Number when you mail the items to be returned.
Return Processing Fees
Shipping charges will not be refunded. If an order with Free Shipping is returned, a standard shipping charge will still be deducted from the refund.
In addition, there will be a 15% re-stocking and handling fee (minimum of $5) for processing each return. No request for refunds will be entertained after 10 days of ‘Delivery date’. It can take up to 4 weeks to process a refund and for the credit to get reflected on your credit card.
