Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening with water. Best results with ongoing use, up to 6 months.

Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed for your protection with a tamper-evident foil pouch. Do not use if foil is punctured.

Do not take other Cimicifuga (black cohosh) containing products concurrently.
