I have used these minerals since 2012 and they allow for a perfecr balance in your system. I was told on the instructions back at that time that as long as the drops continue to keep the juice tasting sweet and not bitter then the amount listed on each bottle is the correct amount for you. If it does taste bitter then do process of elimination and see which one you don't need. Easy as that. They have made a huge difference in my life!!!

I have used these minerals since 2012 and they allow for a perfecr balance in your system.
