Gentle Warriors wants children to be sturdy, safe and healthy so that they can be resilient, energetic, cheerful and engaged. By supporting them, we increase their capacity to adapt to challenges.

Gentle Warriors includes 16 herbal formulas − 11 general formulas and 5 Peacemakers formulas. All are mild tasting, low-alcohol, liquid extracts that are easy for children to swallow. Adults can and do benefit from them as well.

The Gentle Warriors formulas support the welfare of children, addressing many of the most common childhood disharmonies. The Gentle Warriors Peacemakers are constitutional formulas that nurture a child’s nature (Li), each child’s intrinsic organizing pattern.

Recommended Dosage: 2-3 times daily. 0 to 4 years: 15-30 drops. 4 to 8 years: 30-45 drops. 8 to 12 years: 45-60 drops. 12 years to adult: 60-90 drops. 30-35 drops = 1/2 dropperful.

Water 48-54%, Glycerin 24% to 26%, Alcohol 10% to 12% per volume. To evaporate alcohol, place in hot water.

Use only as directed by your health care provider and seek their advice if pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature, keep tightly capped and out of direct sunlight. Do not put dropper in mouth. Shake well before every use.
