My doctor recommends I take a digestive enzymes due to the food allergies I currently have. I usually like to rotate digestive enzyme since I hardly notice a difference with alternating brands however I do notice a difference if I don take any digestive enzymes at all. I like this brand because my doctor recommends it and in my experience it a excellent quality product.
