I really enjoyed the smell when I opened the canister, but my expectation was dashed when I drank the supplement in water. I really had to gag it down. I took it with food because it upset my stomach a bit. Maybe that is a sign that it is a powerful supplement. I have to take it as a part of my medical regimen, but I dread it.
