I love this product! It provides me with almost instant energy and a much needed Vitamin in B12 given that I am a plant-based athlete. Just ordered two more bottles!

Best way to take B12!

I had been taking Liposomal B12 Methylfolate on the advice of my Integrated Medicine Doctor and was very pleased with the energy boosting results. My husband who is a diabetic and had been taking Janumet (a combined form of Metformin) was coming home exhausted every day and my doctor suggested he take the B12 drops as well. He almost immediately began to feel better. Now instead of coming home exhausted, he either jumps on the treadmill or mows the lawn. Made a big difference. We buy it in bulk!
