Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the order was placed as long as the products are not opened or used. Refunds are granted for the purchase price of the product (minus a 25% restocking fee), minus the shipping cost. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in a resellable condition are not eligible for a refund. All orders that are returned or refunded for any reason regardless of time shall incur a 25% restocking fee.

 

How to Return a Product: 
1. Contact us - Use the Contact Form on our website to request your return. Please include your order number in the description box, and the reason for your return. 

2. Returning the product(s) - If your request falls under the terms of our refund policy, you will be issued a RMA. Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package. Your return will be processed immediately after we receive it. Vita Living is not responsible for shipping and handling on returned items.

 

3. Receiving your refund - Once the approved return has been shipped and received (in the same re-sellable condition it was sold), Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
