Free Shipping Promotion
Free Shipping promotions are run frequently. Only Products with tag "Eligible for FREE Standard Shipping" qualify for the Free Shipping promotion.
All orders excluding Sales Tax qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Free Shipping only applies to orders with a destination address in the United States. All items on the website are not eligible for Free Shipping. If your order qualifies, you will automatically get Free Shipping during checkout. Free shipping includes Standard Ground deliveries only. If you choose any other expedited delivery option (if available), you essentially waive the Free Shipping courtesy provided by Vita Living. There is no Free Shipping credit that can be applied to expedited orders. If an order with Free Shipping is returned, standard shipping charge will be deducted as a processing fee.
The Free Shipping promotion does not apply to some orders and products including bulk orders, back orders, discounted items, and oversize items.
International Shipping (including APO/FPO)
Vita Living has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply add the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option from the Shopping Cart page. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries (including order tracking) should be directed to International Checkout at email@example.com.

Which Countries Do We Ship To?
International shipping is
currently available WORLDWIDE from Vita Living. Our third party vendor,
International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world
including APO / FPO addresses.
APO stands for "Army Post Office," and is associated with US Army or Air Force installations. FPO stands for "Fleet Post Office," and is associated with US Navy installations and ships in the United States
Shipping Options and Cost
The shipping calculator in the shopping cart provides the shipping cost before you confirm the order. The product weights used to calculate the shipping cost are a close approximation to the actual weight of your shipment. The approximate delivery times domestic shipping are shown below.

* These are suggested delivery times in business days. It may take a little longer during the Christmas holiday season. The actual time depends on the origin and destination address. All estimated shipment delivery times displayed throughout the website are calculated from the time when the orders are ‘Processed’, not from when the orders are ‘Placed’. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and other locations outside continental United States may generally take much longer. Please verify your shipping address before placing you order.
We generate our shipping labels from the address information you provide us. If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is re-routed back to us due to customer error or you refused delivery of package, the order will be subject to our Return Policy guidelines. We can not re-ship orders that return to us as undeliverable. Customers are welcome to re-order the products again.
If on the other hand, the order is returned to us due to our error, we will make every effort to re-ship the order at the earliest at our cost using the previously selected shipping option.
We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. By placing an order with us, you and Vita Living agree to use the shipping carriers tracking information as the final determinant in assessing whether or not a package was delivered. If the shipping carriers tracking information shows that a shipped package has not been delivered, we will gladly re-ship the package. At times, the shipping carrier may leave the package(s) near your door when no one is available to accept the package.
If you contact us for an address correction after you have placed an order, every effort will be made to correct the shipping address before your package is shipped from our shipping facility. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, your order will be subject to our Return Policy guidelines. If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies related to Undeliverable and Lost Packages apply.
We always strive to fulfill your order correctly and expeditiously. Orders typically ship by the next business day. A business day is considered from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm ET. All orders received over the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) will be processed on the next business day. Depending on the items you have selected in your order, your order could be split up into multiple shipments each containing parts of the same order.
Sometimes due to exceptionally strong demand for some of our products, we may not have ready stock on hand. Every attempt will be made to process the order at the earliest possible. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will split up your order into multiple shipments and send the available items immediately. The back order item will be delivered separately as soon as it is available. We will make every effort to notify you about back order items as soon as possible.
We make every effort to ensure that all orders are packed safely and follow the guidelines of the shipping provider so that the order reaches you in the best possible condition. However, once a package leaves our shipping facility, we have limited control over it. Our customer service department will be available to help you in case of problems.
On placing an order, you will receive an email with your order details. Please ensure that our email support@VitaLiving.com is added to your address book so as to ensure that you receive our emails. You would be able to track the order using a tracking code provided on our website. You can use the Tracking Code and go to the shipping providers website or call them to get up-to-date delivery status.
