SUGGESTED USAGE:
For aggressive immune challenges, take 30 sprays every 20 minutes. For entrenched immune stresses, take 30 sprays on an empty stomach three or more times daily.
Best taken on an empty stomach and held under the tongue for 30 seconds.

WARNINGS:
